Product Marketing Manager - B2B - Suppliers

About the Role 

We are looking for an exceptional B2B Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving growth of ArchiPros offering for Product Suppliers (our valued clients). Our Product Suppliers provide a unique offering to both specifiers and also homeowners on their building journey. This role may also support new offerings across other core areas of ArchiPros product portfolio from product discovery through to launch, and driving ongoing adoption and advocacy. 

You'll craft external messaging and positioning. You'll partner with many cross functional teams to build product marketing plans. When it comes time to bring new features to market, you'll have the chance to define what marketing success is and sculpt the channel strategy to make it possible, partnering across the marketing organisation to bring the strategy to life.

This role will be a key conduit between the product, sales and marketing teams across ArchiPro, as the voice of the customer internally, and voice of the product externally.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our products, features, and updates in the market
  • Be a thought partner to product leads for new product feature releases
  • Be responsible for a consistent product voice everywhere, from marketing campaigns to within the product itself
  • Define and own the go-to-market process for new product features and updates, working with channel owners to execute
  • Identify and develop evergreen marketing campaigns that foster product adoption and top-of-funnel growth
  • Work closely with our user experience and market research teams to commission projects that will unlock the insights that define a future product roadmap
  • Build an ongoing, cross-channel marketing strategy for our products that aligns closely with the goals of our Product Management counterparts
  • Advise on competitive intelligence, regularly keeping product and marketing stakeholders informed of the latest updates to competitive landscape
  • Own internal reporting, analysis, and communication of marketing activities
  • Support ongoing paid media efforts with strategic positioning, market research, and unique value props that adapt to evolving appointment scheduling verticals
  • Work closely with our internationally-focused marketing partners to advocate for locally relevant product updates to give customers around the world the best possible experience

Who We're Looking For

  • 5-6 years of marketing experience, with 2+ years of demonstrated success in a product marketing role, ideally in B2B tech or a closely related industry and a global focus
  • Strong project management abilities to plan and execute complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and visual
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear and intuitive language
  • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinking and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • Customer focus, with a deep understanding of the value ArchiPro provides for users
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
